About Nextstep
Community Care

NDIS support built on respect, genuine care, and a belief that everyone deserves to live life on their own terms.

Who we are

Nextstep Community Care is an NDIS registered provider supporting people across Sydney and the Hunter region. We were founded on a simple idea: that good support isn’t about fitting people into a system, it’s about building support around the person.

We’re a provider that does things differently. We take the time to understand what matters to the people we support, and we build everything from there. No two plans look the same, because no two people are the same.

What we believe

The person comes first

Everything starts with you. Your goals, interests, and the life you want to live shape the support we provide. We’re here to help you get there, not to tell you how.

OUR APPROACH

Support that feels personal

We’re not a faceless organisation. We build genuine relationships with the people we support and their families, because good care comes from people who actually know you.

Doing things properly

As a registered NDIS provider, we hold ourselves to high standards. Quality, safety, and respect aren’t optional. They’re the foundation of everything we do.

OUR PEOPLE

The people behind the care

Nextstep Community Care is led by a team who genuinely care about getting this right. As we grow, we’re building a team of support workers and professionals who share our values and our commitment to the people we support.

Supporting our community

We provide support across South West Sydney, Greater
Western Sydney, and the Newcastle and Hunter region.
Because we build services around where each person
wants to live, we’re always growing into new areas to
meet the people who need us.
